Hitachi’s form recognition service utilizes AI to assess the accuracy with which a wide
variety of fixed- and free-format forms have been scanned and read, thereby enhancing operational eff iciency by providing a service platform on which its AI-OCR engine
can perform highly accurate text recognition. This article describes the reduction in the
